Jasmine Henry

Jasmine Henry's journey in ballet is marked by exceptional dedication and a pioneering spirit. Hailing from Australia, she began her foundational training at the Pevnev Ballet Academy in Perth. Her talent and unwavering commitment led her to the prestigious Vaganova Ballet Academy in St. Petersburg, Russia, where she honed her skills from 2018 to 2021.

A significant milestone in her career came when she made history as the first Australian dancer to be offered a contract with the renowned Mariinsky Ballet. As a member of the corps de ballet, she performed on one of the world's most iconic stages until 2022.

Continuing her artistic development, Jasmine spent a period at the European School of Ballet in Amsterdam during 2022. Currently, she is a valued member of the corps de ballet at the Bayerisches Staatsballett (Bavarian State Ballet) in Munich. Here, she is expanding her repertoire, performing in notable ballets such as La Bayadère and Le Grand Sot, as well as engaging with contemporary works by choreographers like Duato/Skeels/Eyal, and E. Hue.

Jasmine credits her strong technical foundation to her rigorous training and the invaluable support of her teachers. Her career reflects not only her remarkable talent but also her determination to excel in the world of classical ballet.
